Gereral terms and dispatch conditions of the mail-order shop Hypersound Productions

The following terms of buisness are valid for all actions between HYPERSOUND PRODUCTIONS and their customers at the time of ordering.

Please ask for packaging costs if merchandise products are ordered

Return of goods

We cannot accept any return of CD's if you do not like the music. All our CD's are brand newand wrapped in cellophane.

Payment

Swiss customers have the possibility to receive an invoice or advance payment via Credit card or Postcard. The invoice is payable without any deduction and within the agreed date of payment.

Customers from Europe and rest of the world have the possibility to pay in advance (via post or bank transfer) or via Credit card, all expenses have to be paid by the customer.

Delivery

All orders are sent by registered (insured) post and priority mail.

Every contract of sale of goods is valid at the time of delivery.

Property Reservation

Up to the complete payment of all requirements existing against you, the supplied goods remains in the property of HYPERSOUND PRODUCTIONS

Reference of Data acquisition

HYPERSOUND PRODUCTIONS works with customer data for execution and for the care of the current customer relationship. No data is passed on to others.

Every customer has the right, to contradict the fowarding of product information by post or email. Up to the receipt of the contradiction the customer agrees with the forwarding of product information by post or email.
